My friend came last weekend and explored Finland for a bit. A Finnish friend introduced her to Finnish cheese and when we went shopping I got some to try.
I am no good in Finish but the packaging said it is called Juustoleipa Ostbrod (I think that's the name anyway...). It came in an air-tight package looking like slightly burnt pizza.
To me, it tasted like to-fu and a bit bland, I figured that it could do some sweetening so I dipped it into chocolate mix. Yea I know I have strange tastes when eating food but I like how it turn out so yay to innovative eating!!
